Girls Day at Happy Hallow

While the boys went golfing the girls headed to Happy Hallow for a full day of fun. 

Annabel loves this ocopy. 

It was Josie's first "ride", the carousel. We rode on the bench but she loved it.

She still loves this car ride. 

Josie climbed her first set of stairs up a rock formation. 

What a fun day! Both girls left happy, and exhausted.

At Rack and Roll on Friday Josie didn't shy away from the table scraps.

Playing with new friend Madeline

Jen and I met up with our friend from high school Meredith and her beautiful daughter, Madeline, at the park during her visit from NYC.  It was fun to watch the girls, of all different ages, play.  Annabel has asked if Madeline will come visit again soon. We hope so!

Bath Water

I won't drink from a sippy cup, and sometimes not even from a bottle, but I've got this cup thing down...as long as it's filled with filthy bath water. 

Bird House

Grandpa built a couple of bird houses and had Annabel over to help paint them. Finished product pictures to follow once the paint dries. 

Swinging in the spring (or what feels like spring)

Our newest edition. It only took is most of an afternoon to set up this simple tree swing. 

Birthday Play date

The started out like all special mornings should...with bloody Mary's accented by bacon stirrers. 

Maybe it was one too many Bloodies my girls being something "special" but I didn't get any pictures that day of us. So here's the bounce house and the cutie little ones.
