Washing the Car

Annabel and Josie decided to wash their car last weekend. When they were finished, Annabel decided to wash Josie. 

Painting

Josie decided to help Lisa and I paint our picnic table this weekend. We basically ended up painting Josie instead. Luckily it came off with soap and water (except her hair)

Life At Our House

This picture kind of sums up our household right now. Josie so desperately wants to be able to do anything Annabel is doing (including play with glitter glue pens) and Annabel does her best to put up with it, even when her behavior is cringe-worthy (like climbing on the table.) 

When I leave the room I usually just have to count to 10 before I hear Annabel yelling, "Mooooom, Josie is [fill in the blank]". (E.g., climbing on the toilet, drawing on the rug, jumping on the bed, eating goldfish crackers out of the trash.) That little tart is no dummy, she knows how to wait until her mother makes her exit. And Annabel's a good hall monitor, though somedays we walk the fine line between informative and tattling.
