Annabel's vocabulary has really blossomed lately...and it turns out she's really bossy. I must be the pushover because Matt isn't as often given commands like I am..."momma, sit", "momma, do this", "momma, swing", "momma, [enter verb here, with maybe a noun to follow]"...
Deciphering what she's saying is still a guessing game at times, and in fact, we often figure it out about 20 minutes after the fact. "Oooohhh, she wanted an apricot" (she has since gone to bed). The good news is that she can tell us what she wants with less frustration...the bad news is she can't always have/do it, which leads to more frustration (read: tantrums & whining).
She's also doing crazy stuff like counting - on her own she counts to about 12 in english and to about 6 in spanish. We've tried several times to take a video but without much luck - the Flip camcorder is infinitely more interesting than counting. Here, Matt coaches her along for the video...(and ladies, hands-off, that's my man. Hott...with two-T's).

It's been hard to post new things she's been doing because her development is more in her actions, behaviors, vocabulary...things you can't necessarily capture in a picture. I have to say it's been a ton of fun (and often quite hilarious)!
